Sports Inclusion Disability Programme launched today

South Dublin County Sports Partnership launched its Sports Inclusion Disability Programme today. It is financially supported by South Dublin County Council and Sport Ireland. Áine Coogan was also appointed as Sports Inclusion Disability Officer (SIDO) to oversee the management of the programme.

Key elements of the programme include sustainable physical recreation, information provision, training and education.

South Dublin County Sports Partnership said they delighted to have Áine on board to help address the needs of a very important audience and encourages any group or individual looking for additional information regarding sport and physical activity for people with disabilities to contact Aine on 01-41492000 Ext: 4220 or email
