Carer Information evening hosted by South Dublin Libraries and other organisations

Being a carer can be very rewarding but there are times when it can have an impact on your work, social life and family. Finding time for yourself is hard and it’s easy for your own health and well-being to become a low priority.

So head along to the Carer Information Fair where you can:
• Find out what supports are available
• What organisations are there to provide support
• How can carer’s well-being be supported?
